Summer JAM
Concord UMC will be hosting a summer activity program for school age children in grades (entering) K-6. This FREE program will offer a healthy lunch, afternoon snack, stories of hope, crafts, games and other activities, and more as well as an opportunity to practice age level reading skills with the help of local adults.
Summer JAM is for students in grades entering kindergarten to 6th grade. Sign up by downloading and printing this registration form and sending it back to the church by mail (1123 S Main St, Englewood, OH 45322) or email (concordchurch@englewoodconcord.com).
